The ZM01 mucker is an optimal solution for shaft mucking systems with two bucket options and long reach. This equipment can be used in larger diameter shafts, or the boom can also operate less than fully extended, reducing potential damage.

Features may include:

• The main cylinder has a stroke of 4.3 meters for a large coverage area and a reduced amount of muck handling required by personnel on the shaft bottom. Helps protect your operators from harm.

• Features a self-cleaning design that ensures rocks clean out at the end of the main cylinder. This innovative feature helps improve reliability and promote zero harm.

• In field tests, the ZM01 has been shown to provide the lowest cost per ton with the highest mean time between failure (MTBF) compared to competitor mucker models.

• Designed to make servicing easier and fast for any shaft sinking operation. Replaceable bushings and grease fitting ensure ease of maintenance. Plus, heavy-duty shock absorbers for the bucket cylinders increase reliability.

• Design includes the entire boom extension at one constant thickness, which helps minimize failures. Greater boom reliability reduces boom repairs, rebuilds and replacements for potentially lower overall maintenance costs.
