2024 Komatsu Dozers D37EX-24
When you need easily transportable powerWhen your job demands a transportable dozer that delivers power plus precise grading, the D37 may be the answer. Your operators enjoy excellent blade visibility, agility and comfort. You get versatility for construction site work, high-speed grading and more.
Features may include:
Excellent blade visibility- Your operators will love the dozer’s super-slant nose, cab-forward design that provides outstanding visibility to the cutting edges, plus excellent balance and maneuverability.
- You don’t need to fret about debris coming off the blade and damaging the engine cooling system. The D37’s rear-mounted cooler keeps vital engine cooling components away from the blade and is easy for your crews to maintain from ground level.
- Need an agile dozer able to maneuver in tight areas and grade quickly? The D37 is designed to deliver, with variable speed option or three presets. Hydrostatic transmission eliminates steering clutches and brakes for smooth power and performance.

Transmission
Dual-path, hydrostatic transmission provides infinite speed changes up to 8.5 mph. The variable capacity travel motors allow the operator to select the optimum speed to match specific jobs. Travel control lock lever and neutral switch. | Travel speed (quick shift mode)* Forward: 1st: 0–2.1 mph / 2nd: 0–3.5 mph / 3rd: 0–5.3 mph / Travel speed (variable mode): 0–5.3 mph | Travel speed (quick shift mode)* Reverse: 1st: 0–2.5 mph / 2nd: 0–4.0 mph / 3rd: 0–5.3 mph / Travel speed (variable mode): 0–5.3 mph
Drive System
Final drive: In-shoe mounted, axial-piston-type travel motors, with integrated two-stage planetary gear reduction. Compact, in-shoe mount reduces risk of damage by debris. Bolt-on sprocket ring with triple labyrinth seal design.
Steering
Palm Command Control System (PCCS) joystick control for all directional movements. Pushing the joystick forward results in forward machine travel, while pulling it back reverses the machine. Simply tilt the joystick to the left or right to make a turn. Tilting the joystick fully to the left or right activates counter-rotation. Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) provides smooth, powerful turns. Fully electronic control enables smooth control that can be adjusted in the monitor. The PCCS utilizes shift buttons to increase and decrease speed.
